	Quick Scan The QuickScan I Series feature linear imaging technology for reading 1D/Linear bar codes. 	PowerScan 8500 Series - 1D/2D Readers The PowerScan 8500 Series mega-pixel area imagers provide omnidirectional reading and support for the most popular 1D, 2D, stacked and postal codes. It is offered in three optical models: Standard Range and High Density optics are for typical bar code reading conditions (for medium and high resolution code respectively); the Wide Angle optic offers a wider field-of-view allowing the capture of larger and longer bar codes. These imagers combine omnidirectional reading capabilities with state-of-the-art optical characteristics which provide outstanding snappiness and depth of field, which are typically the strong points of laser scanners. The HP/HPE models are equipped with a liquid lens which allows the imager to function in High Density, Wide Angle or Long Depth-of-field modes, all within the same unit. The PowerScan PBT9500 area imager is a mobile scanner based on Bluetooth® wireless technology.
